Victor Papanek

Victor Papanek (1923 — January 14, 1998) was a designer and educator who became a strong advocate of the socially and ecologically responsible design of products, tools, and community infrastructures. He disapproved of manufactured products that were unsafe, showy, maladapted, or essentially useless. His products, writings, and lectures were collectively considered an example and spur by many designers. Papanek was a philosopher of design and as such he was an untiring, eloquent promoter of design aims and approaches that would be sensitive to social and ecological considerations. He wrote that “design has become the most powerful tool with which man shapes his tools and environments (and, by extension, society and himself).

Abstract

The growth of media in information technology era give students to have opportunity to chose the method of learning. It is possible that game will become an alternative media to study. Visual element, audio and interaction in gaming are becoming an attractive media to encourage students to study. AI (Artificial Inteligence) element has been added in gaming that students can be interaction directly with gaming in which they can evaluate themselves to appraise their lesson of studying and also it become distinguishing among other media of studying.

Abstrak

Iklan adalah salah satu aktifitas pemasaran suatu perusahaan. Salah satu bentuk iklan tersebut adalah iklan outdoor. Iklan outdoor adalah iklan yang pemasangannya berada di luar ruangan seperti di pinggir jalan dan sebagainya. Pengenalan tentang sifat – sifat iklan outdoor akan sangat membantu dalam membuat perencanaan strategi dari iklan. Informatif, persuasif, pengingat, penambah nilai dan membantu aktivitas lain perusahaan adalah kesemuanya merupakan sifat – sifat tersebut. Dalam hal ini tentunya perlu juga diperhatikan juga mengenai segmentasi audiens sasaran yang akan direncanakan dalam membuat iklan tersebut. Sehingga strategi – strategi dalam merancang iklan outdoor sangat diperlukan. Strategi – strategi dalam merancang pesan iklan outdoor terdiri dari 7 bagian. Dengan menggunakan ke tujuh strategi tersebut maka citra produk dari suatu produk perusahaan dapat meningkat. Read the rest of this entry »
